    I ordered some shoes for a Christmas gift and didn't have any news a little after the regular process time and was worried I wouldn't get my item in time for Christmas. Wrote a couple of e-mails back and forth with customer service, always had a fast response and they did everything they could to reassure me everytime. Sent me the tracking number and my item was almost ready for pickup. Perfect condition and size. Shootout to the customer service I was extremely satisfied!!
